Susan has twenty-one years of combined experience as a New York State Licensed Salesperson and as an Associate Broker.  She is a Member in Good Standing with the Bronx & Manhattan North Association of Realtors and is currently serving on their Legislative Committee.  Besides having completed the Advanced Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice Training with the New York State Association of Realtors, Susan has also obtained the NAR Green Designation as well as her e-PRO designation.  She also has her CBR designation and is working toward her ABR designation.  She recently became certified by the Department of State as an Instructor and teaches Jump-Start Training For Newly Licensed Agents at United Business Center of Throggs Neck located at 3121 E. Tremont Avenue, Bronx, New York 10461.  She also offers the qualifying 75 hour course online for those who want to get a real estate license from the comfort of their own homes.  Susan's facility offers credit restoration seminars, Internet Marketing classes, Energy Deregulation Seminars, Going Green Resources and so much more.  She also possesses over twenty five years of experience in Real Estate Law and related matters.  Susan was carefully chosen to be our Manager since her know how and expertise go far beyond what is necessary to deliver top quality service to our organization and it's clients.  Susan is more than happy to share her wealth of knowledge with all of us.
